this poster was made in December 2009 for a fundraiser supporting LLS (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). my friends joined Team in Training and they are at it again (for the fourth time!) – i don’t think you understand the commitment (and energy, time, motivation, yadda yadda) involved – you run, you bike, you swim – many hours a week on top of having a full time job, social life, and lest i forget getting in those ‘eight’ precious hours of sleep a night *a big shout out to Rachel and Arlene Vaskevitch for supporting and participating in the cause.
